In every time zone across the globe, people begin to do Tai Chi and Qigong on this special day at 10AM.
This is done in the spirit of love and healing, creating a flow of Qi around the earth. Join us and connect with others from over 70 nations in this worldwide event.
You need not know how to do Tai Chi or Qigong to participate. All are welcome!
There will be a variety of teachers present to instruct us in how to use Tai Chi and Qigong to improve health, balance and sense of wellbeing.
Greentree Park Pavilion is located at 2150 Marshall Road,63122 along the Meramec River.
Meet by the pavilion. Parking and restrooms on the south side of Marshall Road.
Feel free to bring a lawn chair, if you like.

Dr. Ron Rain from St Louis, MO metro area leads Zhineng Qigong Level 1 practice, Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down. Dr. Rain has been teaching Qigong for 20 years.
FOURTEEN MONTH ZHINENG QIGONG TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM via Zoom- Only
China Certified Zhineng Qigong Teachers; Debra Weisenburger Lipetz, Columbus OH, and Sue Ashwell, St. Louis MO collaborate to present a Virtual Zhineng Qigong Teacher Training Program, using the Zoom software platform, which can be downloaded for free at www.zoom.us
The blending, of our varying teaching methods and perspectives, provides an opportunity for valuable and diverse learning and discussion.
Pre-requisite is a short interview with Debra and Sue, the course instructors.
This course is designed to certify Zhineng Qigong students interested in becoming Level I Zhineng Qigong Teachers/Instructors. The course is also open to dedicated Zhineng Qigong students who are interested in deepening their understanding of the theory and practice of Zhineng Qigong and may not be sure they want to teach. If you are interested in attending the Fourteen Month ZQ Teacher Training Program, please let us know before August 31, 2024. The first weekend is in September 2024. At this time we will schedule the remaining months for the year.
All of us will gradually open our hearts and minds, learning how to induce Qi for our own exploration of Self-Healing. This naturally improves our internal functions and abilities physically, emotionally and mentally. Over this year's process, we become more healthy, balanced and empowered individuals. All are being trained within the same parameters in order to uphold the original teachings and information of Grandmaster Dr. Pang Ming. This is a very noble endeavor.
We meet one weekend per month and use curriculum that has been developed in collaboration with Master Yuantong Liu based upon the first year training of ZQ Teachers at the Center in China. All students seeking teacher certification will be tested after the Fourteen Month Program, by at least three Certified Zhineng Qigong Teachers authorized by Master Liu. There will be a written test, and experiential test. After completing certification, each student is required to mentor with Debra or Sue for no less than 3 months. This may be accomplished via Zoom or other internet methods.
